Superimpose疊術(shù)建筑在中國(guó)杭州完成了最新建筑項(xiàng)目——「云 · 谷TOD」。這是一個(gè)以公共交通為導(dǎo)向的TOD項(xiàng)目，它具備商業(yè)、辦公、居住、軌道交通等混合功能，作為當(dāng)代生活里不可或缺的城市單元體，正在中國(guó)興起。

TOD項(xiàng)目最顯著的特點(diǎn)，是在城市規(guī)劃階段，通過(guò)圍繞重點(diǎn)公共交通，如機(jī)場(chǎng)、車站、地鐵等，在適度的半徑路程中，展開建立具有混合用途的中心廣場(chǎng)，使居民和雇員能方便地選擇多種方式出行、生活?！冈?· 谷TOD」坐落在由SOM進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的“天空之城”內(nèi)，位于杭州西部的余杭區(qū)?！疤炜罩恰庇珊贾萑f(wàn)科與杭州地鐵聯(lián)合開發(fā)，作為具有代表性的TOD項(xiàng)目，總面積超100萬(wàn)平方米，被稱作杭州未來(lái)的硅谷，進(jìn)駐了中國(guó)諸多大型電商企業(yè)總部，如阿里巴巴、騰訊等。
The most distinct characteristic of a TOD is that during the project-planning phase, one or more stations of high-end public transportation are integrated inmixed-use developments by the implementation of efficient pedestrian- or bicycle-friendly routes. The one-square-kilometer Uni-City - designed by SOM - is situated in Hangzhou’s very own ‘Silicon Valley’ which locates in close proximity to Chinese mega e-commerce companies such as Alibaba and Tencent.

「云 · 谷TOD」的地塊位于“天空之城”項(xiàng)目的主干道上，它的建筑由兩棟包含底層商業(yè)的甲級(jí)辦公樓和4棟獨(dú)棟辦公樓組成。這里與地鐵五常站直接接駁，是整個(gè)區(qū)域的一個(gè)重要連接點(diǎn)和公交樞紐。Superimpose疊術(shù)建筑通過(guò)精心整合步行路線、創(chuàng)造獨(dú)特的綠色建筑與環(huán)境，贏得了該項(xiàng)目的競(jìng)標(biāo)。

Within this master plan, SuperimposeArchitecturedesigned ‘Sky City’ for Vanke Hangzhou and the Hangzhou Subway Group. ‘Sky City’ is a project of 72,000 square meters with two office towers, 4 office villas and retail alongside a new subway station. The TOD will become the main connection and transportation hub of ‘Uni City’. Superimpose Architecture won the invited tender for this project by carefully integrating pedestrian routes and by creating a unique and green arrival situation for the subway.

設(shè)計(jì)中，Superimpose 疊術(shù)建筑充分利用了地塊南側(cè)政府指定的公共綠地，把其中一部分綠地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殚_敞的下沉式綠帶，與地鐵大廳相連接，形成一種自然的延伸。同時(shí)，通過(guò)將日光引入到地下一層，為從地鐵抵達(dá)地面的通勤者提供了一個(gè)獨(dú)特、愉悅、綠色、流暢的過(guò)渡空間。

Superimpose Architecture integrated the green belt zone belonging to the government in the design and created voids in the landscape to get more daylight in the otherwise dark basement. By doing so, the design offers commuters a unique, pleasant, green and smooth transition from subway arrival to urban development.

概念上，地下一層至地上三層取“山谷”的意向，意在將人、自然、水融為一體。“山谷”在建筑上表現(xiàn)為幾組交錯(cuò)的露臺(tái)，它們突出于樓體，為低樓層制造出舒適的半戶外空間，也為路面提供了一定的遮擋。“山谷”之內(nèi)，Superimpose 疊術(shù)建筑策略性地將步梯、扶梯設(shè)立在特定的位置，既連接了地下一層和地上空間，也與位于三層的過(guò)街天橋相通，讓人們可以方便的抵達(dá)相鄰地塊的文化設(shè)施區(qū)域。

The design is defined by the concept of ‘The Valley’ for the podium levels and ‘The Cloud’ for the upper levels. The ‘Valley’ is meant to relate to the human scale and naturally integrates green and water. The Valley is architecturally defined by shifting slabs that provide terraces or canopies for the lower levels. Strategically placed staircases and escalators connect the basement levels to the upper floors and ultimately to the pedestrian bridge on level 3, which is connecting to the adjacent cultural plot.

至此，一個(gè)符合新都市生活的TOD項(xiàng)目正式落成，它用多元化的模塊、優(yōu)雅的外觀，塑造了功能與交通并存的集合體，協(xié)調(diào)了城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的交通與用地之間的一些矛盾，并為居民提供了新的生活方式、以及與城市、自然互動(dòng)的更多機(jī)會(huì)。

Now, Sky City TOD in line with the new urban life was officially completed. It uses diversified modules and elegant appearance to shape the coexistence of function and traffic, harmonizes some contradictions between traffic and land use in the process of urban development, and provides residents with a new way of life and more opportunities to interact with the city and nature.
