客戶概況：
珍妮花·花店美女老板，緊緊追隨時尚的腳步，有自己的審美，為了女兒上學購入學區(qū)房，希望有個小清新風格的家，多些儲物空間。最好能干濕分離，因為孩子上學時間和丈夫上班時間相同。綠植，陽光，生活，一家三口的小故事就在這個簡單舒適的居所中續(xù)寫......

1. 進門沒有空間儲藏鞋子，考慮如何增加玄關處的收納空間，可以滿足一家人的換鞋需求？

1. 拆除紅色區(qū)，將廚房門的位置移動，砌出墻體，內嵌到頂鞋帽柜，滿足玄關處換鞋功能。
2. 拆除黃色區(qū)的窗戶，做玻璃磚隔斷，既將空間隔開，又保持廚房采光，可以更好的利用空間。
3. 拆除綠色區(qū)，擴大衛(wèi)生間的面積，預留更多空間做干濕分離。
4. 拆除藍色區(qū)，縮小衛(wèi)生間門，新砌墻體與玄關處對稱，中間做藝術掛畫，增加空間美感。
5. 拆除橙色區(qū)，拆除窗戶做移門，增強通風采光，也方便進入陽臺。
