案例簡介 Case description
上世紀30年代,日本一些生物愛好者將小龍蝦帶到了中國沿海地區(qū),先在南京自然繁殖擴展。至1974年進入湖北、湖南、云南等地。隨著龍蝦的肆意繁殖,瘋狂增長。當時小龍蝦成了人們嗤之以鼻的廉價品。
后來隨著烹飪水平的逐漸提高,小龍蝦也慢慢得到大家的認可,最為成功的當屬盱眙十三香小龍蝦。隨著民間的廣泛傳播,自此盱眙龍蝦在全國打響了龍蝦革命的第一槍。
今天主人公:王紅軍先生的故事要從1996年講起······
淮安盱眙農村出身的王紅軍先生,懷揣著對于龍蝦的執(zhí)愛,來到了南京,也開始了他的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路。
經過20幾年的兢兢業(yè)業(yè),2020年,王紅軍先生將在南京奧體新城,力求打造一個以吃龍蝦、品龍蝦為主題的:“龍蝦博物館餐廳”。
帶著這樣的使命,蘇格設計團隊,深入挖掘關于王紅軍先生和王紅軍龍蝦品牌餐廳之間的故事與聯系。將“龍蝦博物館”的存在賦予更真實的意義。
“每只蝦都是拳擊手、我們是高品質龍蝦的革命軍”!帶著這樣的信念,讓我們進入不一樣的“龍蝦餐廳”。
項目位于南京建鄴區(qū)怡康街9號·漣城匯辦公樓3F,四周通透明亮的落地窗在本就高檔的寫字樓內,更加增添了幾分氣勢。
整體空間劃分為四大板塊:
前廳接待. Reception in the lobby.
開敞就餐. Open up for dinner.
獨立包間. Separate room.
功能后廚. Feature kitchen.
空間整體元素運用:
南京明長城. Nanjing Ming Great Wall.
糧倉. Granary.
絲綢. Silk.
空間不是元素的堆砌,而是在元素中提煉最適合自己的,將自身的企業(yè)文化融會貫通,而形成自有屬性。

龍蝦的紅注定會成為整個空間的主打色,加之低調而沉穩(wěn)的軍綠色。對比中彰顯個性,獨立中體現文化。

燈光如璀星般,出現在復古的瓦檐一側.金與紅折光反射,熠熠生輝。
