本案原為兩個獨立的單元，根據(jù)業(yè)主要求把兩個獨立的單元改造成一個單元適宜一家三代的飲食起居與朋友聚會所用。改造后整體空間動靜分明，原西面戶型的衛(wèi)生間與廚房合并，改造成較為舒適主衛(wèi)供一家人使用，西面戶型為靜區(qū)供主人與兒女起居所用，中部設計有客廳餐廳廚房為動區(qū)，東面為父母房、客房。
空間以新中式手法設計，用現(xiàn)代材料體現(xiàn)當代人對東方元素的追求。古時玄關(guān)是住宅與室外之間的一個過渡空間，我們引用了中式建筑外墻常用的設計手法于墻上開了個月窗穿景，隱隱約約展現(xiàn)客廳的局部場景增添客廳神秘感。客廳我們把它打造成了多用途的空間，它可以會客、可以觀看電影等...由于業(yè)主平時會邀請客人與員工到家里聚會，所以餐廳我們也采用了雙餐廳設計，平時業(yè)主一家人可以在小餐廳吃飯，人多時將會啟用大餐廳會餐。本次主衛(wèi)的設計有別于我們其他私宅項目，它是獨立的外衛(wèi)，供業(yè)主與業(yè)主孩子共同使用。業(yè)主的前期的構(gòu)思是想與家人一起分享才能體現(xiàn)它的價值，個人覺得這是父母對孩子無私的“愛”值得我們?nèi)ズ霌P。
家承載著我們很多故事，它是我們生活的港灣，它也是我們看著孩子一點一點成長的見證者，生活不能隨便，不求繁華似錦，只求唯一一顆耀眼的星辰，這也是本案名字《壹辰》的起源。

The case was originally two independent units. According to the requirements of the owners, the two independent units are transformed into one unit for a family of three generations to live and meet friends. After the transformation, the whole space is divided into two distinct parts, both dynamic and undisturbed. The bathroom and kitchen of the original west apartment are combined into a more comfortable bathroom for one family. The west region, the quiet zone, is for the owner and his children to live in, while the central area is designed into a dynamic region with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The east region is designed as the owner’s parents' room and a guestroom.
The space is designed in the new Chinese style, with the use of modern materials to embody modern people’s pursuit with ancient oriental elements. The entrance is a transitional space between the interior residential areas and outdoor space, and is designed as a hallway of the traditional Chinese style. We use the common design methods of Chinese architectural design to open a moon-shaped window on the wall, through which we can see some parts of the living room, adding a sense of mystery to it as well. The living room is assigned as a multi-use space, where the clients can either chat with friends or watch movies, etc. Since the owners usually hold parties for guests and their employees at home, we also include two separate dining rooms into the plan, so that the family can eat in the smaller one and serve dinner for a large crowd in the bigger one. The main bathroom is different from the ones in our other private projects, as it is designed as an independent bathroom for the owners and their children. The pre-conception of the owner is to share it with their family in order to reflect the value of it. Personally I think that this shows the unselfish ‘love’ the parents give to the children, which is worth promoting.
Our home carries a lot of stories. It not only provides shelter for us but also a witnesses the growth of all family members. Not all of us aim for a bright future, but none of us should simply waste our lives caring about nothing. Those things that we do care about are like bright stars hanging above us, and that is where the name of the case One Star is originated from.
