案例簡介 Case description
本案屋主是典型的兩大一小家庭，作為新興上海精英階層的代表，經(jīng)過多年打拼，把家搬到了坐擁黃浦江一線江景的陸家嘴。房子的優(yōu)勢很明顯，客廳較為開闊，陽臺(tái)標(biāo)配落地窗，將浦東浦西兩岸地標(biāo)建筑盡收眼底。劣勢也很明顯，承重結(jié)構(gòu)較多，改造空間很小，為整體的平面優(yōu)化帶來很大的難度。
弱化原本入戶的三角區(qū)域，將入戶死角拉平設(shè)計(jì)成收納柜加換鞋區(qū)。
玄關(guān)使用了水磨石輔以簡潔的造型，加入了線性燈光的裝點(diǎn)，凸顯出滿滿的儀式感，同時(shí)也銜接了餐廳和廚房兩大功能區(qū)。
Weaken the original triangle area of entering the house, flatten the dead corner of entering the house, and design it into a storage cabinet and shoe changing area. Terrazzo is used in the porch, supplemented by simple modeling and linear lighting, highlighting the sense of ceremony. At the same time, it also connects the two functional areas of restaurant and kitchen.

客廳|電視被嵌入懸挑式的收納+展示柜，不會(huì)感覺太厚重，黑與白的搭配也更顯干練與簡潔。
了解到屋主喜歡中國傳統(tǒng)文化，設(shè)計(jì)師專門為屋主定制了一面“活字”造型的手工木刻裝飾墻，并鐫刻了屋主最喜歡的《念奴嬌·赤壁懷古》。
The TV is embedded in the cantilevered storage + display cabinet, which will not feel too heavy, and the collocation of black and white is more capable and concise. Knowing that the owner likes Chinese traditional culture, the designer specially customized a manual wood carving decorative wall with "movable type" shape for the owner, and engraved the owner's favorite "niannujiao Chibi nostalgia".

客廳的跨度適中，客餐廳一體化后，整體的空間感還是比較開闊。
坐擁黃浦江一線江景的陽臺(tái)，既是客廳的延伸部分，又是半室外的休閑區(qū)。迎著初秋的海風(fēng)，心情無比舒暢，坐看天上云卷云舒，俯瞰萬家燈火，杯觥交錯(cuò)間已是醉意微醺……。
The living room has a moderate span. After the integration of guest restaurant, the overall sense of space is still relatively open. The balcony with a first-line river view of the Huangpu River is not only an extension of the living room, but also a semi outdoor leisure area. Facing the sea breeze in early autumn, I feel very happy. I sit and watch the clouds in the sky, overlooking thousands of lights. I'm drunk.

黑色下柜和白色上柜的經(jīng)典組合，則更具視覺沖擊力。為了解決廚房光線較暗的問題，設(shè)計(jì)上運(yùn)用軟膜天花來模擬天光，細(xì)節(jié)上通過異形頂來弱化三角形廚房所呈現(xiàn)的生硬感覺。
