這是雨潤(rùn)在淮安開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)高端樓盤(pán)項(xiàng)目，房子窗外就是淮安市森林公園，一街之隔是吾悅廣場(chǎng)，小區(qū)地段和景觀都無(wú)可挑剔。業(yè)主是我們的同齡人，常年在外做生意，兩年前榮歸故里，買(mǎi)了這套190平的新房，除了一家四口常住，還為偶爾小住的父母，以及還未出嫁的妹妹都單獨(dú)準(zhǔn)備的房間。業(yè)主是一個(gè)對(duì)生活品質(zhì)要求很高的人，對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)的要求可謂極致，正是這種過(guò)程中的極致要求和把控，也成就了最終成品效果近乎1比1的還原。
任何事物都有正反兩面，就像設(shè)計(jì)中的明暗手法，同樣色彩的材質(zhì)變化，暗含著對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的思考，不光追求設(shè)計(jì)在視覺(jué)上的協(xié)調(diào)，也達(dá)到材質(zhì)明暗中變化的層次感。用明與暗、黑與白、立體與平面的表達(dá)，從勾畫(huà)宏觀到微觀的凝視，述說(shuō)著它們內(nèi)在微妙的平衡關(guān)系。
Everything has both positive and negative sides, just like the shading technique in design. The change of material in the same color implies the thinking of design. It not only pursues the visual coordination of design, but also achieves the level sense of change in the depth of material shading. With the expression of light and dark, black and white, three-dimensional and plane, they describe their internal subtle balance from macro to micro gaze.

墻面格柵的線條一直延伸到地面，從硬朗轉(zhuǎn)而隨性，色彩的沖撞與對(duì)立，也逐漸變得溫和。格柵和木飾面的組合，雖然稍顯公式化，卻在不同顏色的組合上產(chǎn)生耳目一新的變化?；遗c白在明度遞進(jìn)中鋪開(kāi)生活的底色，讓鮮活的日常顯得格外躍動(dòng)與詩(shī)意。

用色彩和材質(zhì)界定功能，是一種空間秩序。電視背景延續(xù)格柵設(shè)計(jì)，疊加一層皓白水磨石紋巖板作為電視背景，黑色的睡L型定制柜用來(lái)陳列裝飾，平衡了視覺(jué)的重量感，明暗深淺，精致簡(jiǎn)奢。背景墻后面是兩個(gè)兒子的房間，設(shè)計(jì)師做了格柵隱形門(mén)，將門(mén)融入背景墻中，保證了立面簡(jiǎn)潔干凈的視感。

餐廳與客廳之間有兩道很低的梁，設(shè)計(jì)師索性將梁體飛寬拉平，與入戶門(mén)齊平，門(mén)體與門(mén)框、護(hù)墻做同色處理，擴(kuò)寬入戶門(mén)視覺(jué)感，更加大氣簡(jiǎn)約。延伸的直線條和后褪色產(chǎn)生出空間透視的效果。

餐廚改造是本案結(jié)構(gòu)上的最大調(diào)整。設(shè)計(jì)師首先拆除了餐廳橫立的隔斷墻，打通空間。再將北陽(yáng)臺(tái)打通，造成一個(gè)6平米的U型中廚，將單扇平開(kāi)門(mén)改為超白玻推拉門(mén)，整個(gè)餐廳的實(shí)用面積和采光條件都得到了極大的改善。

設(shè)計(jì)師在餐廳兩側(cè)墻面都定制了整面的通體儲(chǔ)藏柜，茶玻柜門(mén)為藏酒柜，收藏業(yè)主的美酒佳釀；靠入戶門(mén)的實(shí)木門(mén)柜體為鞋柜區(qū)，將龐雜凌亂的鞋帽雜物隱藏于無(wú)形。另一側(cè)柜體與客廳背景拉平，80cm進(jìn)深的超寬柜體，巨量收納，也滿足了業(yè)主對(duì)定制柜與冰箱尺寸的極致要求。

餐廳主燈并沒(méi)有選擇千篇一律的吊燈或者筒燈，而是選擇用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)定制的飛碟燈設(shè)計(jì)，與圓形的餐桌形成對(duì)稱的呼應(yīng)，低調(diào)內(nèi)斂，精致內(nèi)涵。

走廊是空間動(dòng)靜的分界，為緩解走廊頂部主臥與長(zhǎng)輩房之間橫梁的突兀感，設(shè)計(jì)師將廊道做吊頂處理，局部不對(duì)稱的設(shè)計(jì)避免了滿鋪的單調(diào)感。廊道端景是一幅立體裝飾畫(huà)，在光影的點(diǎn)綴下，呈現(xiàn)出凹凸有致的山脈紋理。
